We met for the first time at the Piano bar in Amsterdam through our good friends (who are now one of our groomsmen and bridesmaids), and we had our first date at the Tropenmuseum.

Rens moved to Dublin for work.
March 2020 – The COVID pandemic hit, Rens then returned to the Netherlands.
